How It Works

Our 3-Step Process

STEP 1

Request an Appointment

Completing the form at the top of this page is your first step towards running pain free. After submitting the form, someone from our staff will reach out to you as soon as possible for step 2.

STEP 2

Speak with Our Staff

Our physical therapist and run coach will speak to you about your goals and concerns to determine if our program fits your needs. If so, you will meet in person for a video running analysis, injury assessment, and treatment session. We'll also discuss our transparent pricing and package options for runners.

STEP 3

Return to Running

Our personalized sessions will teach you how to overcome injury, improve speed, build stamina, and get back to running or racing with confidence.
